The Board of Management and members of the Novar Gardens Sports Club Inc. extend an open invitation to all people interested in the sport of Lawn Bowls or Pétanque. Whether you are an experienced bowler or interested in learning to play, all are welcome to join us at our iconic club located next to Jack Smith Park.

No Experience? No Problem!

New players regardless of their age or playing ability are always welcome at Novar Gardens Sports Club Inc. If you are new to the sport, we can provide you with a set of bowls to suit your hand size and provide you with personal coaching. All that you need is the desire to learn how to play lawn bowls and a pair of flat soled shoes. If that sounds like you, then we will have you playing Lawn Bowls or Pétanque in no time at all.

Facilities and Functions

Our facilities are available for hire.

A fun option for an end of year party or team building competition is to hire the bowling greens or petanque pistes for your group. We can supply all the equipment and lessons, so everyone will be able to enjoy the night regardless of their skill level.

Or choose to hire our clubrooms or outside patio area for your next birthday party or special function.
